OUR COMMERCIAL TEAM
The P&M Commercial Team consists of Project Managers, foremen, carpenters, and other skilled journeymen and apprentices with an average of 15 years of knowledge, skills, and experience. P&M will work closely with Architects and Engineers throughout the construction process to optimize and assemble the most economic structure. Along with project management, design assistance, and value engineering, P&M commercial projects have included country clubs, retail centers, medical offices, business parks, industrial warehouses, hotels, mixed-use buildings, religious facilities, senior assisted living centers, and schools in California and Northern Nevada.
