OUR RESIDENTIAL TEAM
The P&M Residential Team consists of foremen, carpenters, and other skilled journeymen and apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and experience averaging at a level of 20 years per team member. The P&M residential team has collectively been associated with the construction of over 30,000 single family homes in California and Northern Nevada over the last 25 years, including the construction of apartments, condominiums, duplexes and triplexes.
